3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Registration Process
To access allstar888 services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and email address. All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate account termination and may result in legal action.
3.2 Account Security

Verification may be required before processing withdrawals or as part of our anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) compliance procedures.
Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds in accordance with Philippine AML regulations.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
allstar888 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed on the platform. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank. allstar888 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
All withdrawals are subject to identity verification and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus funds and associated winnings may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 5 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
4.3 Fees and Limits
allstar888 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, expedited withdrawal services, if available, may incur additional fees. Your bank or payment provider may charge transaction fees for deposits or withdrawals.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account settings. Higher limits may be available to VIP players. allstar888 reserves the right to modify deposit and withdrawal limits at any time.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Bonus Terms
allstar888 offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.
Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager bonus funds before they can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus and associated winnings become withdrawable.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Players are limited to one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses is considered fraud and will result in account termination.
6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Rules
All games on allstar888 are governed by their respective rules, which are available within each game or on the game provider's website. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing wagers. In the event of a dispute, the decision of allstar888 management, in consultation with the game provider, is final.

- Underage Gambling: Allowing minors to access your account or assisting minors in creating accounts or placing bets.

- Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access other players' accounts, hacking, or interfering with the platform's security or functionality.

Consequences: Violation of these prohibited activities may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all funds (including deposits and winnings), and reporting to Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable. allstar888 reserves the right to pursue legal action against users who engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
8.1 Suspension by allstar888
allstar888 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if we are required to do so by law or regulatory authorities.
Upon termination, all pending bets will be voided, and any remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from fraudulent activity) will be returned to you after deducting any amounts owed to allstar888.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
If you wish to take a break from gambling, you may request self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During the self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or place bets. Self-exclusion requests can be submitted through customer support or via our Responsible Gaming page.
Self-exclusion is irreversible for the chosen period. allstar888 will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from creating new accounts during self-exclusion, but you are ultimately responsible for not attempting to circumvent self-exclusion measures.
8.3 Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your allstar888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and wagering requirement completion. Bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
9.1 Service Availability

allstar888's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds in your account at the time of the claim.
9.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless allstar888, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
allstar888 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the allstar888 website. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
Your continued use of allstar888 after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of allstar888 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
